Attending Board Meetings
The Board conducts open meetings, and visitors are welcome to attend. Matters concerning student discipline, staff employment, or other contractual issues are discussed in Executive Session only, and are closed to non-board members; however, relevant testimony may be allowed on an individual basis.

Presentations to the Board
A written request or proposal stating the nature of the presentation must be submitted to the School office prior to the scheduled Board meeting. This should be done with as much lead time as possible giving the staff time to research any information needed to assist the Board members in deliberation, as well as to schedule appropriate time for discussion. Participants will be informed of the earliest possible date for their presentation.

Pertinent Information
Suggestions for improvements in a classroom should be addressed to the teacher involved. Suggestions that do not involve the classroom should be addressed to the Administrator.

Grievances
Please follow the procedure outlined in the Cornerstone Christian School Handbook. These procedures have been prayerfully thought out, and if followed will bring the quickest resolution to a situation. According to the procedure, the Board is the last to be addressed, and is addressed in writing. Developing a good working relationship with teachers and administrators is very important. Please comply with the above guidelines as we strive to address issues effectively and efficiently. Thank you for you cooperation.
